To create a buzz for the launch of the game Enslaved, Fortress created a special interactive release page. Every weeks weeks new content got unlocked and contestants had the opportunity to play a quiz. The whole campagin was pushed by influencer marketing, bannering, site takeovers and targetted advertizing.
By signing in with a personal social profile (Hyves, Facebook, Netlog) visitors were able to review the trailer. This way, a big list of reviews was created. The personal reviews were also viewable on the visitor’s social network page. The contest tab featured an interactive quiz.
The influencer marketing lead to over 30 articles on games- and men websites. In addition, unique content was added to selected sites by setting up exclusive user generated interviews with the game studio. Check out the site here.
